Who Am I?

With debate over the change of the astrological signs I have possibly moved from Cancer to Gemini and have thus lost my identity, because obviously the sign under which you were born determines your personality!

Capricorn: Jan. 20-Feb. 16.
Aquarius: Feb. 16-March 11.
Pisces: March 11-April 18.
Aries: April 18-May 13.
Taurus: May 13-June 21.

Gemini: June 21-July 20.

Cancer: July 20-Aug. 10.

Leo: Aug. 10-Sept. 16.
Virgo: Sept. 16-Oct. 30.
Libra: Oct. 30-Nov. 23.
Scorpio: Nov. 23-29.

Ophiuchus: Nov. 29-Dec. 17. (Yep, this one is new)
Sagittarius: Dec. 17-Jan. 20.

Formerly Cancer:

-deeply emotional person inside, but is smooth and confident on the outside.

-Their first love is of home and family and they are nurturing and caring in the family setting, creating a cozy, comfortable, safe existence behind the doors of their own home.

-Emotions run deep in the Cancer individual, and even small slights resonate down to his very core. When hurt or disappointed, Cancer will retreat completely into his shell and become unreachable for a period of time.

-Though possessing a good sense of humor and loving a good joke, the Cancer personality will often become

-do well at keeping their work and home lives separated.

Updated Gemini:

-energetic, charismatic, communicative, witty individual with a child-like fascination with the world and with new experiences.

-knows something about just about everything, making them good conversationalists and interesting acquaintances.

-Intelligent and logical, but with a lot of nervous energy

- Gemini likes to keep busy and expand their horizons whenever opportunities arise, often multitasking between several interests. However, as the sign of the Twins, there is a dual aspect to the Gemini personality, making it difficult for these individuals to stick with any one thing in order to master it, and often making it difficult for bystanders to figure out which side their Gemini friend is really on. Gemini has more than one personality, which can change in a flash, and those near to them would do well to learn them both. On and off, up and down, back and forth, black and white, day and night, ying and yang - this is the essence of the Gemini personality.

-When interested, Gemini can accomplish more in a day than other signs can accomplish in a week. When disinterested, however, the Gemini worker will procrastinate and eventually move on to more interesting pursuits.

-They seek out others who are smart and adventuresome, and will become quickly bored with those who are homebodies or content with the status quo. Gemini wants to see the world, experience everything, and literally "learn something new every day." He will be a fun and fascinating companion, but some may see him as superficial and "two faced" because his goal is to charm everyone all of the time. On good days, he will be charming and gracious, but on bad days he can be moody and even cruel.

I hope that I do have those positive characteristics and any of those negative ones, I'll work on changing. Actually, I think this is the perfect exchange. As a child I tended more toward the Cancer side and now I am leaning toward the Gemini aspect. Perfect time for a change. So what, or should I say who, are you?
